Anthony Wood

Anthony Wood has served as Roku’s CEO since he founded the company in 2002. In 2007, Anthony also briefly served as Vice President of Internet TV at Netflix. Prior to Roku, Anthony invented the DVR (digital video recorder) and founded ReplayTV, where he served as CEO before the company's acquisition in 2001. Before ReplayTV, Anthony co-founded iband.com, an Internet software company later acquired by Macromedia. Anthony also founded BrightSign LLC, the global market leader in digital signage products that was spun off from Roku in 2010. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University.

Ravi Ahuja

Ravi Ahuja joined the Roku board in February 2013. Since April 2024, Ravi has served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. Additionally, he has served as the Chairman of Global Television Studios of Sony Pictures Entertainment since March 2021. Previously, Ravi was President, Business Operations, and Chief Financial Officer of Walt Disney Television from March 2019 to November 2020. From June 2016 to March 2019, Ravi served as Chief Financial Officer of the Fox Networks Group unit of Twenty-First Century Fox. He previously held other senior positions at Fox. From 1999 to 2007, Ravi served in various roles at Virgin Entertainment Group, including Chief Financial Officer. From 1997 to 1999, he was an associate at McKinsey. Ravi has both a bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Jeff Blackburn

Jeff Blackburn joined the Roku board in June 2023. Jeff has held various positions at Amazon.com, Inc. for over two decades and served on its senior leadership team for over a decade, including serving as Senior Vice President of Global Media and Entertainment from May 2021 to February 2023, and Senior Vice President of World Wide Business Development, Advertising and Entertainment from November 2012 to February 2020. Jeff currently serves as a director of DoorDash, Inc. He holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Business School and an A.B. in economics from Dartmouth College.

Mai Fyfield

Mai Fyfield joined the Roku board in May 2018. Mai was Chief Strategy Officer at Sky plc from 2015 through October 2018. Mai joined Sky in 1999, previously serving as Group Director of Strategy, Deputy Head of Strategy and Deputy Chief Economist. She previously served as a Roku board observer from 2014 until the company’s IPO in 2017. Mai currently serves as a director of BBC Commercial Holdings and the Football Association Premier League, and previously served as a director of ASOS plc and Nationwide Building Society. Mai holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Cambridge University and a master’s degree in Economics from Tufts University.

Jeffrey Hastings

Jeffrey Hastings joined the Roku board in August 2011. Jeff is currently Chief Technology Officer of BrightSign LLC, a manufacturer of digital signage products which was spun off from Roku in 2010, and previously served as BrightSign’s Chief Executive Officer. Jeff previously had senior management roles at Corel Corp., M-Audio, Rio Inc., Sonic Blue and ReplayTV. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.

Laurie Simon Hodrick

Laurie Simon Hodrick joined the Roku board in December 2020. Laurie is the A. Barton Hepburn Professor Emerita of Economics in the Faculty of Business at Columbia Business School. Previously, Laurie served as the Founding Director of the Program for Financial Studies at Columbia Business School, and she was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank. She currently serves as a director of PGIM (formerly Prudential Retail) Funds and previously served as a director of SYNNEX Corporation. Laurie holds a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and a Ph.D. in Economics from Stanford University.

Neil Hunt

Neil Hunt joined the Roku board in August 2017. Since April 2021, Neil has served as Chief Product Officer for Vibrant Planet, an ecotechnology startup. Neil previously served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Curai, a healthcare technology startup, from January 2019 to October 2021, and served as Curai’s Chief Executive Officer from January 2018 to December 2018. From 1999 to July 2017, he was Chief Product Officer at Netflix. Previously, Neil served in engineering and product roles at the software test tool company Pure Software and its successors, Pure Atria Corporation and Rational Software. Neil currently serves as a director of Sony Group Corporation and previously served as a director of Logitech International S.A. He holds a Doctorate in Computer Science from the University of Aberdeen and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Durham.

Gina Luna

Gina Luna joined the Roku board in December 2020. Gina is a partner in GP Capital Partners, LP and has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Luna Strategies, LLC since 2016. Gina held a number of positions at JP Morgan Chase and Co. for over 21 years, including Managing Director, Chase Commercial Banking; Chief Marketing Officer, Chase Commercial Banking; and Chief Operating Officer, Commercial and Investment Banking, South Region. She previously served on the board of TETRA Technologies. Gina holds a B.B.A. of Finance & Administration from Texas A&M University.

Ray Rothrock

Ray Rothrock joined the Roku board in August 2014. Since June 2020, Ray has served as Executive Chairman of RedSeal, a cybersecurity company. From February 2014 to June 2020, Ray was the Chairman and CEO of RedSeal. From 1988 to June 2013, he was a partner at the venture capital firm Venrock. Since 1995, Ray has served on the Check Point Software Technologies board. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A&M University, a master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
