Anthony Wood

Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
A pioneer and innovator in TV and digital media, Anthony Wood is the Founder and CEO of Roku, a name that means “six” in Japanese to represent his sixth company. Roku is the No. 1 TV streaming platform in the U.S. and Mexico by hours streamed (Hypothesis Group, Dec 2023).

Anthony was also founder and chairman of BrightSign, the global market leader in digital signage media players, which was spun out of Roku. Prior to Roku, Anthony invented the digital video recorder (DVR) and founded ReplayTV, which won “best of show” at CES in 1999 and was the first DVR to be sold. He served as President and CEO of ReplayTV before its acquisition and subsequent sale to DirecTV. Before ReplayTV, Anthony was co-Founder and CEO of iband, Inc., an Internet software company sold to Macromedia in 1996, after which he became vice president of Internet Authoring at Macromedia. The iband code and team were important contributors to Macromedia’s Web authoring software tool, a product now known as Adobe Dreamweaver. Earlier in his career, Anthony was Founder and CEO of SunRize Industries, which made digital media hardware and software for non-linear audio recording and editing. Anthony holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University.

Dan Jedda

Chief Financial Officer
Dan Jedda joined Roku in May 2023 as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Previously he was the Chief Financial Officer at Stitch Fix where he oversaw global corporate finance, investor relations, financial planning and reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, and internal audit. Prior to Stitch Fix, Jedda worked at Amazon for 15 years, predominantly as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Digital Video (including Amazon Studios), Digital Music, and the Advertising and Corporate Development organizations. He also oversaw the Digital Video and Advertising Economist and Analytics team. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Charlie Collier

President, Roku Media
Charlie Collier joined Roku in October 2022 as President, Roku Media. An industry veteran, with over 25 years of media leadership experience, Collier’s career began in advertising sales and evolved into general management, programming, strategy, and digital. Immediately prior to Roku, Collier served as CEO, FOX Entertainment, where he was responsible for FOX’s holistic entertainment vision and business leadership. Prior to joining FOX, Collier was President and General Manager of AMC, SundanceTV, and AMC Studios, overseeing the creative and business operations of all three divisions and launching award-winning series including Mad Men, Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, Better Call Saul, and The Night Manager. Collier previously held business, leadership and sales roles at Court TV, Oxygen Media, A+E Networks, and TeleRep. Collier holds a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Gil Fuchsberg

President, Subscriptions, Partnerships and Corporate Development
Gil Fuchsberg joined Roku in 2018. He is responsible for subscriptions, acquisitions, strategic planning and key partnerships. Gil previously held senior executive positions in corporate development and digital distribution at News Corporation/Fox. Before that, he built a startup within Hearst, managed technology investments at JP Morgan’s private equity business, and led digital strategy and acquisitions at the Interpublic Group of Companies. Gil started his career as a reporter at The Wall Street Journal. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Mustafa Ozgen

President, Devices, Products, and Technology
Mustafa Ozgen joined Roku in February 2019 as senior vice president and general manager of account acquisition. Mustafa joins Roku from SmartKem, a producer of semiconductors used in flexible displays, where he served as CEO. Previously, he served as CEO of QD Vision, a nanotechnology materials company which was acquired by Samsung. Earlier in his career, Mustafa held senior management and engineering roles at Sigma Designs, CSR, Zoran, Oak Technology, TeraLogic and WindRiver Systems. He also served for seven years as an officer in the Turkish Navy. Mustafa has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the Turkish Naval Academy and a master’s degree in computer science from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School.

Louise Pentland

Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Louise Pentland joined Roku in 2024 from The Walt Disney Company, where she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Counsel for Disney Experiences and Products. Previously, she served 7 years as Executive Vice President, Chief Business Affairs and Legal Officer for PayPal Inc and spent 15 years at Nokia Corporation where she was Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Nokia Corporation. Louise holds both an undergraduate degree in law and a postgraduate diploma in legal practice from Northumbria University, Newcastle upon Tyne.
