If you're looking for portability, Roku Streaming Stick 4K is still your best bet, as it can easily plug directly into your TV and is small enough to take on-the-go.

What is the difference between Roku Express and Roku Express 4K?
Roku Express streams HD picture quality, while Roku Express 4K can stream in 4K picture and HDR colour. This means that Both feature a dual-band WiFi® connection meaning that you’ll enjoy a smoother streaming experience, even with multiple devices connected to your network. There’s also Roku Express 4K+, which is the same as Roku Express 4K but includes a voice remote with TV controls.
